Bathroom odors from plumbing were rather unpleasant!!! The room lighting felt inadequate, making it quite dim and dreary for my stay!!! There were temperature control issues that left me feeling uncomfortable at times!!!

I loved that I was just a few steps from the Church of Our Lady before Tyn and only a 10-minute stroll to Charles Bridge, making my city walks incredibly enriching and convenient. the staff were also super friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We had an amazing time here! The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of options. The spa was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room was a bit warm for my taste, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all. 😊

The location is ideal, just a short walk from public transport and key sightseeing spots. Breakfast was outstanding, featuring a great variety of fresh options that sustained me throughout the day.
